Proof and term
Keep the invoice, serial number and warranty documents. The period and service provider appear in the listing or order documents.
Service request
Contact support before sending a product, describe the fault and obtain instructions. Pack the product securely and include components required for diagnosis.
Remedy
The applicable law and guarantor terms determine diagnosis, repair, replacement or another remedy.
Typical exclusions
Subject to law, warranty usually excludes physical or liquid damage, fire, unsuitable voltage, unauthorised repair, misuse, normal wear and external causes.
User data
Back up and remove confidential data before service. Diagnosis may erase information. The user is responsible for backups unless law provides otherwise.
Custom-built computers
Component warranty periods may differ. Assembly and diagnostic work is governed by order terms and mandatory law.
Statutory warranty
New electrical and electronic goods priced above NIS 150 may be covered by the Consumer Protection warranty and after-sales regulations, including at least one year of warranty unless a longer period applies.
Warranty provider
The manufacturer, importer, supplier or service provider, the warranty period and service process are stated on the product page, order confirmation or warranty certificate.
This document is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If any provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law prevails.
