These terms govern use of Avanto and purchases from KITI Media. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

Eligibility and proper use
Customers must have legal capacity to enter transactions. Unlawful use, interference with the service, circumvention of security, and submission of false information are prohibited.
Products and information
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, availability and pricing. Images may be illustrative. Manufacturer specifications prevail where a listing contains an obvious error.
Prices and VAT
Consumer prices are displayed in Israeli new shekels and include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Price and availability are rechecked before order confirmation and payment.
Order acceptance
Submitting an order is not final acceptance. A transaction is confirmed only after verification of details, stock and payment and after a confirmation is issued.
Errors and cancellation by the store
Where there is an obvious technical error in price, description, stock, payment or supplier data, we may decline or cancel the order and refund amounts received, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
The design, code, trademarks, text and other materials belong to their respective rights holders and may not be commercially copied without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
Israeli law applies. Jurisdiction is determined according to mandatory Israeli law.
Remote-sale disclosures
Before checkout, the customer is shown the trader identity, registration number and address, product characteristics, total VAT-inclusive price, payment terms, delivery method and timing, warranty, offer validity and cancellation rights.
Order confirmation
A confirmation in the transaction language is sent after checkout and contains the material transaction details. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
No misleading practices
Consumer prices are displayed in NIS and include VAT. The store may not conceal a material term or charge an amount not disclosed before payment confirmation.
This document is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If any provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law prevails.
