Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Distance-sale cancellation and returns are handled under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations. This policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Cancellation period
As a general rule, a consumer may notify cancellation within 14 days from the transaction or receipt of the required disclosure document, whichever is later, subject to statutory conditions.
Special consumer groups
Extended periods may apply to a person with a disability, a new immigrant or a senior citizen in a distance transaction where statutory conditions are met.
How to cancel
Send notice to admin@kitimedia.com or another published channel and include name, order number, product and contact details. Transaction identification may be requested.
Cancellation fee
For cancellation not caused by defect or non-conformity, a statutory fee may apply, generally up to 5% of the transaction or โช100, whichever is lower. No such fee is charged where prohibited by law.
Product return
Return the product undamaged and, where possible, in original packaging with accessories and documents. Return address: HaRishonim St., P.O. Box 7, Ramat HaSharon, Israel.
Exceptions
Statutory cancellation rights may be limited for digital content or software after delivery/activation, custom-made or specially assembled goods, and other statutory exceptions.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible and within statutory time limits after processing the notice and, where applicable, receipt of the product.
Defective or incorrect goods
Contact support promptly with photographs and details. We will handle the matter under applicable law and warranty terms.
Timing and refund
For a remote sale, the ordinary cancellation period is 14 days from the transaction or receipt of the required disclosure document, whichever is later. Refunds are issued within the statutory period, generally no later than 14 days after notice.
Defect, non-conformity or delay
No cancellation fee is charged where cancellation results from a defect, non-conformity, late delivery or another breach attributable to the trader.
Protected consumer groups
A person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant may have a four-month cancellation period where the statutory conditions, including communication between the parties, are met.
This document is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If any provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law prevails.
