Delivery estimates
Times are counted in Israeli business days and are estimates unless a specific deadline is promised. The count starts after order and payment confirmation.
Address and recipient
The customer is responsible for accurate address and contact information and recipient availability. Redelivery caused by incorrect details or absence may incur an additional charge.
Suppliers and split shipments
Products from different suppliers may be delivered separately, including direct delivery by a supplier or importer.
Remote areas and force majeure
Certain locations may require longer delivery. Security events, war, strikes, weather, carrier restrictions and other circumstances outside reasonable control are handled according to law.
Inspection
Customers should inspect package count and visible damage on receipt and notify us promptly of any issue.
Pickup
Collection is available only after confirmation that the order is ready.
